Week # 18: + 3.4 pounds

*sigh*
Three weekends of birthday celebrations, a lack of self-control, a bout of slight depression, a pinterest party in my home where lots of sweets were made and left here, a lot of poor decision making and laziness on my part
All of that = huge weight gain
I'm thankful for encouraging friends that remind me to keep on going and that I have not given up and lost the battle yet.
I'm disconcerted at the fact that it took me 2 1/2 weeks to gain almost 4 pounds and over 5 months just to lose 10 pounds.
I'm frustrated with the reality that this is a lifetime commitment to change and that I will have to work this hard my whole life to maintain healthy eating habits, a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body
