Does anyone have any experience with menu planning?
I feel like it should not be difficult to plan a weekly menu and stick to it, however, my husband is a picky eater and we eat kind of based on how the mood strikes him each day. Is it possible to menu plan in this situation??
This month has a been a big month of change for me, personally. I am working on a lot of different projects and am still continuing with my HTCI project and will be updating on that soon! So much to tackle, so little time...

I have on my refrigerator a menu plan of the next 5-6 meals. I know that ALL the ingredients for those 5-6 are in my kitchen and I could make any of them any given day. If hubby or myself have a hankerin (like that WV word?) for something one night we can just see what is similar to it on the master list. He can check before he leaves for work and let me know which one he might like for that evening. We do try and do those 5-6 first and then change to new things on the list though . . . keeps us out of a rut of the same things over and over. Each list has at least three different meats represented and I don't list the veggies . . . those we just add by what mood strikes. :-)
