Week #3: -2.8 pounds
I was shocked too.
That brings my total to 5.6 pounds lost in 3 weeks using the weight watchers method. I guess I must have been eating pretty poorly before I started this. I guess I also owe a couple people some thanks for getting me going with this: Thank you Sarah B and Tori B. !
What is funny is that after the meeting and weigh-in today, I immediately thought that I should reward myself and stop and get a yummy froo-froo coffee from the coffee shop I love just down the street. Some things never change. However, I drove right past the coffee shop and went straight home to fix a nice salad with some tuna, corn chips, shredded cheese and olive oil and vinegar dressing. So, I guess some things really do change because 4 weeks ago, I would not have turned down the temptation of coffee and I certainly would not have rushed home to make a salad and considered it delicious.
Here's hoping I can continue this trend!
