Weekly Weigh-In

Week #1: +/- 0 pounds
Total Pounds Lost: 0

Well, I tracked well for three days and then let it slide thinking I was doing good. I didn't gain (praise God!) but I lost nothing. That is not good.

  1. I just started . . . committed to tracking until Thanksgiving and see how it goes. Let's do it together that long! :-)

  2. I think it will have to be Tuesday and Thursday weigh ins for me . . . easier when Andrew is at school . . . :-) Tracking calories on myfitnesspal ap though so still on track. So far I am down 4 pounds from the day of the Dr. Appointment . . . and .6 pounds from "official" weigh in start on Tuesday.
